However, no one can deny he has mis-managed in many other areas. Pensador's funding deal should never have been released to the market. He should have known the placements he is doing are pushing downward pressure on our sp. We are now familiar with the pump and dump when 3B's comes out.
I honestly do not believe MS was out to deceive us or that this is a scam at all. However, I believe management made some bad calls. That's all it came down to.
