So at what point does the world decide that it's deleveraged enough and then decide to take an agressive position at a market that could be considered close to the bottom???
The only way to make money is invest low sell high. Professionals know this and you think that they will pass by this oportunity??
Companies that were forced to cash up through the crash will try to take advantage of this situation now IMO.
