Just wondering why PEN always seems to rally in the morning and dip into the close.
I know a lot of people will say - because people are trying to manipulate the price down. But even when it was on the up I'm sure the same was happening. If someone is bothering to manipulate a small cap like PEN, who do you think it would be and how much can they really gain?
I see the volume has dropped off significantly this week compared to the last 3, so I guess it would be easier to manipulate in either direction now.
