There's a cycle to go through.
When BLK moves it will move in ways that will signal traders to flock again. Then some unlucky buyer will enter at $1.40 expecting it to go to $2. Then they'll have to wait 3-6 months until they recover their balance again. It happens every time, all the time.
But what nobody wants to do is buy when the price is low and not moving.
There's a cycle to go through. When BLK moves it will move in...
