They are currently working up to it. That's why its called the commissioning phase.
As someone very eloquently pointed out recently ....they aren't starting a lawnmower its a mineral processing plant....You don't just flick the switch, shovel dirt in 1 end and hey presto were at commercial production and nameplate capacity.
All that's required here is some patience. One of the rarest commodities these days
No doubt it will be announced when it is achieved
