    re: dpl - rally agreed tricky, the tenants ie the brothel can make 10 times the money they are right now but not one cent of it flows through to DPL. All they are is a property trust earning a fixed rental. The rise in price upon listing was a joke. Market cap was $15m+ and property value about one third that.
