Seems resonable.

BUT! Shares is escrow are 26,283,334 which raised $5,750,000.

a) If these shares have "equal" value to non-escrow shares, that equates to a EPS of 1.96 and a PE of 64.
b) If the value of these shares is based on capital raised, that equates to a EPS of 3.75 and a PE of 34.
