Can you please explain that Flats? It doesn't seem to make any sense.
Do you mean that the MWP started the warming of the oceans 800 to 1000 years ago and the oceans are only now expiring the CO2? One would assume you would neeed sustained warming over that period for the oceans to warm sufficiently expire that amount of CO2. Interesting theory, but wrong IMHO, simply because of the fact that we are now pumping CO2 and other GHG's into the atmosphere like there is no tomorrow!
Occam's Razor. The simplest explanation is probably the most likely. Nice try though.
