I see in todays news that 250,000 homes are going to be inundated along our east coast. I wonder if I knocked on a few doors along any of the Gold Coast canal estates and offered to take the property off the owners hands for a few dollars as it would soon be underwater and worthless would I get any takers ???
I think it would be a waste of my time and the owners would dismiss me as a crazy man .... get the picture?
