Indian Ocean Capital have diluted the hell out of this stock. They completed 1 raising at $0.008 in 2008 and another cap raising at $0.017. Each created millins of extra shares (heads & options) on the market.

until the market works its way through these relatively recent raisings, RAM will remain at these levels IMO
