    Just watch as the volume increase and no news. If it continues to rise then prepare to sell coz when the speeding ticket is issued and they can't explain it means just some unfounded rumor and get out. Wait repeat if when it then starts to drop. The problem is no one knows how long you have to bottom pick and wait. Sometimes it is forever.
