I will answer this one as the others are for others.

I never said it was obligatory for 5 billion to speak or for that matter read english. The point was if they read english they were not following what they had read in english. The translation in Iraq, Iran, Indonesia etc etc very well be 'different'.

In any case any dogmatic religion is in reality a farce. Any follower ends up a hypocrirte if they live long enough.
