On Friday Alan said the top 5 patents coming off in 2013 that could use UNIFILL was $26 Billion the top one being $8 + Billion. so 26B - 70% = 7.8B (This is the amount the pharma keeps). if unifill can stop the slide of revenue loss @ 50% then unis is negotiating for a % of this 20%. I missed the date but Alan said they are waiting on a rulling to Determine if a drug can be revalidated with new patent protection by saying the drug without the unifill syringe was no longer safe ("or the safest").
