Volume was exploding around sept last year. It went like from 5-6c to 10c very quickly.
Than massive selling occured. Nobody knew what was going on, only the people selling knew what was up.
Then the SP hit its low and they announced that DS is leaving.
September last year was the time when EMS could have easily gone to 20c. The market was good, the timing was good. It would have shot into the clouds on a simple "things are looking good" announcement.
The issue with DS all cost us dearly. The momentum is gone and left are the believers rather than speculators.
New momentum needs to be generated and that won't happen until the court case is over and a $$$ contract is on the table.
The result next week will do nothing. It HAS to be excellent just to hold the SP. ANY negative bit in that announcement and the SP will crash. Cos worse than a courtcase and no contract are issues with your product.
