Gut feeling on the litigation is good or bad, need to get it out of the way...thats the important thing!
In terms of outcome - who knows - I haven't even bothered to look into it becasue sometimes the courts just don't make sense anyway - I'll be 99% sure a decision will go one way and, sure enough, I'll be wrong!
Again trading on near to no volume this week!
I honestly thought that there would be some people buying in during the lead up to the announcement - especially since the last announcement said when the announcement would be - perhaps people are holding off because of court action? who knows
All we can do it hold and wait!
