    carrying on from that

    COMMSEC CFD'S
they have up to 700 stocks available on their list, with does give an opportunity to trade a wider variety of stocks

on their ORDER TICKET a variety of options are also provided ie. STOP/LOSS or GUARRANTEED STOP/LOSS.... with a couple of examples that I checked out any leverage offered for the "stop/loss" was totally deleted for the "guaranteed stop/loss".

also the percentage of leverage offered with is variable depending on the size of the order and capitalisation of the stock ie. for some lower caped stocks the security required is 25% while on some of the big stocks the security required is just 5%.

I am now looking at the real time charting package offered with COMMSEC CFD'S for about $30/ month which so far looks pretty good..... that's $360 / annum compared with $1500/ annum feed from paratec onto my market annalyst package - and I am very fond of my current charting program.

there is a one month free trial on the commsec charting package so I am taking that and getting familiar with what it has to offer.

FLEMSTER - you are with commsec, how do you find it, any tips ??... I note that you have switched from the market maker option to the other, which is real market option.

do you use the charting program their at all ??

    gk.
