I agree with percentage pay cut for management, but nothing drastic 10-20% I also agree OC should be fast tracked. My problem is this is just popular issues to sell to the people, like politicians saying they will reduce taxes if you vote them in.

it's a good move by Ram and their timing is great, something current BOD can't do, I might add.
long term, current TRY holders are better off without this CN, it's just whether you can handle the heat for another 6 months.
