I agree with Ramcap that non-executive renumeration could take a haircut. But if i wanted to disapprove renumeration then i would do this at the AGM and give the company a strike.
I think that they have a very thin argument to get rid of Jones and the support from other holders was not for this purpose and if I was one of those 170 I would be sending Ramcap a very strong worded letter expressing my disappointment in them trying to call an egm for this reason and ask that they dont speak on my behalf, plus egm's cost money, shareholders money. Rant complete.
