Some of you may have received mail from ramcap.
You may also recall "rosencrantz" spruiking about this same company. He went quiet and never posted here again when asked about his involvement with ramcap.
ramcap are not shareholders. They cant call a meeting without soliciting signatures from shareholders.
This is a blatant opportunistic move to try and take control of bhd after the the takeover attempt was blocked by actual shareholders. They don't care about existing shareholder's interests.
I recommend doing nothing with this correspondence until you hear more about the plans from the group of shareholders who actually put the effort in to stopping the takeover. (Which I understand is "imminent ").
I am not personally part of this other group, so am not privy to the timing or details, but understand that the 2 proposals would conflict with each other, and the group that blocked the takeover ARE shareholders, so your best interests are theirs also.
