There should also be a consequence of ramping and providing false information. Maybe a Hall of Shame thread where all posters who ramped with strong claims that don't subsequently come true will be highlighted to make sure that no one gets conned by them.

Whatever happened to Burpless? If I remember right, he very confidently stated that the share price would be 50 cents by the end of April. It's currently 14 cents!!! Maybe Burpless = rare_earth!?!?!
