this is my guess as we have no infos about the spod contract price formula.
the formula based on the lithium carbonate/hydroxide spot price, given 20% profit margin.
e.g Lithium carbonate spot at $60,000 with 20% margin spod will be $6250
($6250x7.5+$3000) x 1.2 = approx $60,000
i came to this method as we were getting extra few $ millions adjustment last few quarter when the spod keeping going upward.
