This is correct - in layman’s terms what NF quotes is the ships DWT, which includes for the total amount the ship can carry - which is inclusive of the load, fuel, crew, equipment, fuzzy dice etc.
in reality accounting for this, you could assume a “full load” to be somewhere in the vicinity of 80-90% of the dwt. This obviously excludes for any co shares that PLS may be included with, and the only way to know the exact amount shipped on each boat will be the reports from Port Headland which are usually available in the 2nd week of the month for the preceding quarter.
