What do you reckon is the likelihood that Clipper Houston will have all product over the rail by quarters end NF?
If it takes a week to load Berge Yotei (from yesterday), and there are no ships to go to PPA No.2 between the two PLS ships, I'd think it's a fair chance? Especially if Clipper also only takes a week to load?
I guess what I'm really asking is will any of the ships at anchor currently, go to PPA No.2 prior to Clipper, which would likely knock Clipper into next quarter? As I count there are approximately 12 ships at anchor before Clipper as of this morning.
Might be a tough/impossible question to answer - but figured if any on this forum had a chance of answering it's you!
