The dates between the end of existing offtakes agreements (late 2024) and ramp of the 2025 ex-China chem facilities (including the new downstream partner/JV), they send 33% of employees on extended holidays. In the year 2025 it is possible that less than 30% of PLS spod production is shipped to China. Though, midstream product is the wild card, PLS's product portfolio is likely to be vastly different than today.
