Bulk Carrier ORIENTAL SPIRIT has entered harbor this Thursday night 2330 WST. Been pushed up against berth PH1 expecting to be the 8th PLS shipment for the quarter....and i have no idea on Carrier Lila Tochigi currently at anchor .Nothing written earlier on it. to give a heads up .....,
Will keep watchin on that one.. You never know being the end of quarter rush.....
