After over 3 days loading at Port Hedland .... The 2nd PLS shipment for this quarter on Bulk Carrier ES HONESTY 37052 dwt is getting underway this Thursday afternoon 1430 WST with the other mobs Bulk Carrier ,New Intelligence waiting in its wake in harbor ready to take up the newly vacant position at berth PH2 Destination for this PLS shipment ..PLS/POSCO Hub ,Port of Gwangyang South Korea... In light of recent vessels destination in and around Indonesian waters i will certainly keep watching for any other posible discharge enroute.
As a side note... I have gone back now pouring over my shipping records with regard to Bulk Carriers that were calling into our near neighbor's Port enroute to the usual China and South Korean waters and suffice to say there has been Seven opportunities for discharge of PLS Shipments to that Port., the first visit being SHANGHAI SPIRIT in April 2024. The latest being TAO TREASURE,s confirmed return visit there this week..
Inbound Bulk Carrier TAO TREASURE 25035 dwt is underway again from its discharge at our near neighbors Indonesia's ,Port of Bahodopi and is returning to PH anchorage on or around 20-04-2025 or Pilgangoora Operations Ltd Inbound Bulk Carrier Yunnan is also expected to arrive at PH anchorage for the other mob later in the Month of April.
