The vessel does not need to serve a mandatory 14 day quarantine from last port. As long as the vessel meets certain conditions i.e. no crew with suspected/confirmed covid symptoms, no shore leave etc etc - the vessel will likely be granted permission to berth and commence load operations at any time.
