i am sure I saw eco dynamic on the shipping schedule for port entry referencing date, time, tugboats, etc....
but it seems it has dropped out again and is sitting at anchor. Maybe they need to fill up the sheds after muntgracht took some "semi-planned" load?
keen to get your thoughts on what possibly could be the reason
