My interpretation was that they know what the issue is and have resolved the two 'direct issues' related to the drop in March but if you look at the 3week ma of recovery in their presentation for commercial production that is no where near 60%, so to suggest 60% is happening now, I would suggest is speculation to the upside
we need to 'see' that resolution of the issues to get that average recovery up to 60% or higher in April
an announcement from the Co to that effect late April early May would be a bonus
I think they are currently operating at approx 220kt run rate
