Just to add to the difficulty of assessing how much was loaded is the issue of1. Drafts read properly
2. Whether Vessel was deballasted prior to coming into port. ( This could alter cargo taken on board significantly). This is In our favour if deballasting was done alongside wharf, prior to and during loading.
