Ramp Up & Quality issues

I've heard in Argentina that this long start up is due a serious Q issues; until now it's impossible to produce lithium carbonate Battery Grade mainly due to last step in the process; trouble with the last purification during the reaction with CO2; also this implies high cost in consumables; this is one of the reason why all the sales are at low price (range $5k to 7k); also this produce low production month by month and the ramp up is perpetual; probably this info is not all true but in this case the best is "wait & see"; to follow in the next months; until now all the last cash quarter reports always with losses; the next again???
