Looking back at the chart for HDR just prior to Chinguetti and...

Looking back at the chart for HDR just prior to Chinguetti and to me it suggests very little insiders leaking info. The day before it went into trading halt it openened at 37.5 and closed at 38 on 2 million volume.

Based on the trading of the last few days I find it difficult to see any evidence of "informed" buying or selling showing up in the price action. But then again I am not experienced in looking for these sorts of things.
Surely some insider knowledge would trigger a larger move one way or the other with greater volumes.
