for the chartists Havent yet stopped my quiet celebrations but decided I might share one thought with the chartists in here who take no notice of fundamentals.
P 10 of the Q report snuck in a nice little comparison of old data with new data via twin holes ie drilling a new hole next to the old one to cross-check the validity of the old results using modern techniques ........ good idea I guess espesh if the old one was done 50 years prior.
O5A5501 twin came up with following 26 metre intersection from 16 metres below surface .... lets do it at lbs / tonne so we can use the kitco metal numbers direct :
Copper : 3.46 % = 76 lbs / tonne x 2.25 = USD 171
Cobalt : 0.736 % = 16 x 15 = USD 240
Nickel : 0.532 % = 12 x 6.68 = USD 80
Thats USD 491 / 0.754 = AUD 651 / tonne
Guesstimating u get about 2.5 tonne / cubic metre here,
that means every cubic metre of this paydirt u pull out from this SHALLOW open pittable resource zone is worth about AUD 1630 BUCKS !!! And it gets better with depth looking at the lower 18 metres of that hole.
Now I aint suggesting thats the kinda grade throughout cos if it was, then we should be sitting at the Grail already keenly looking to go higher, but putting it equivalent GOLD per tonne for the ordinary folk, thats like coming up with a 26 metre intersection from near surface grading around 28 grams / tonne !!!!!!!!! Imagine a goldco reporting this kinda hole grade for gold. And CMR went down today haha !
Cant wait to see the overall oxides + sulphides resources upgrades being calculated atm. And we have a preliminary U one coming up too for Mt Fitch.
And re URANIUM, surprised havent heard any song and dance come outa u guys on what was said ... and there is plenty of reason to rejoice if u do a "twin" with PDN atm.
Looks like our U program is expanding beyond previously indicated. On the priority drill list now for the new season are :
Mt Fitch,
RJ East,
RJC South extended,
Kylie,
Kylie Southeast
Waterhouse
with lotsa lovely hits from the old data to be added to.
25 kilometres drilling is one hecova lot of drilling planned given most of these are reasonably shallow ....... thats hundreds of holes likely with high expectations.
As I said, not enough superlatives for baby now and the "charts" are providing one last chance to get set before the re-rating begins. We are lagging way behind lessor beings atm but thats the way this Diva loves to race in the Cup.
As always , IMBOOC.
Love to know how the "charts" take into account these realities. Seems to me the "charts" provide a history of reactive sheep and lemming movements. One decent order from a super fund would make nonsense of these. But then again i guess the "charts" would reactively explain such a move as a "breakaway gap" haha. I LOVE charts.
Bottomline is our supermarket shelves seem very well stocked and will soon be overflowing .... but metal / energy markets are saying no opening firesales here bros.
Its gonna be a vintage year for Ark Compass this year ...... megabear C and all considered.
In my biased opinion of course.
What a sensational hole ........ the 18 metre portion of that hole actually came up with around 2140 bucks pay per cubic metre of dirt. Imagine reporting an 18m intersection from near surface at equivalent 40 gram / tonne gold worth and watching the share price drop instead of adding a buck haha ???
Just making a little fundamentals point for any non-Olympians remaining. Yes we have one final regulatory approval to get and the dateline is set. Final funding is a matter of what mix and should soon hear about it I would think. Then the "spec tag" is removed I guess.
Lovely Q report. IMBOOC
