The question is not what the S/P IS worth today, but what it will be worth when the capital raising is ever announced.
We would all love a crystal ball and only buy at really low times. So those who are buying in now for the first time are lucky, think of those who bought in at $6-7.
If you look at recent announcements put out by the company, you would have to come to the conclusion that they would have expected a sharp uptrend in the S/P. Watching the price after the offtake annoucement was like watching a sparkler, "Yes this is it" and before you knew it, back slides the price.
Trying to read into whats happening and whos buying or selling is silly, do your homework gather information decide your position and stick to it unless you get offical news that changes your mind
