Ive heard this story too many times to ignore..
A stock gets ramped up, people saying that others will miss the boat.. Fund managers buying.. Everyone yelling buy buy buy...Then the retrace happens, people refuse to give up the idea that this will rebound.. The fundamentals are good they cried. The earnings will catch up to the P/E. Meanwhile, directors and fund managers are selling and the stock continues to fall..
The final chapter of the book is called "panic", this happens when the sudden realisation that the trend will not continue. People start to blame the manipulators, managers, anyone they can find.. The stock continues to fall...
Finally volume drops.. People forget about A2M and the stock bottoms out until the next financial report.
