My theory is that certain cashed-up sellers are selling to themselves or related parties to constantly put pressure on Neppy's sp until such time as other holders lose their nerve and seek to sell at the lower price at which time the original "manipulators" are already locked in with bids at a lower range.
I have raised this theory with the ASX, who investigated the matter, but, in their opionion, there was no evidence of any manipulation.
It seems we have to just tough it out and hope that the vast majority of holders see the benefits of hanging on to their stock very tightly.
