Degrees in Economics & Finance. Chartered Accountant. Merchant & Investment Banking 7 years. Self employed since late 1980s in a variety of coys. Mainly software & controls at a high level. Software in 10/12 countries, including country wide systems. One startup (in a garage) I was actively involved in as finance director & investor ended up as listed on ASX. Latter years pre retirement acted as management and finance consultant, including to ASX companies.
