    Mercury have committed completely to OEC technology. Of course there are other outboards out there.

    Those of us who follow OEC closely have decided that more than one entity must be buying because the changes in ownership require more than one to account for no announcement because 5% has been exceeded.

    I figure it is Asian buying.
