You spend lot of time, but I have to mention again: ORD only holds 22.5% of its Lao's project. The Lao's gov tightly holds 50% of the project.
The upcoming IPO to collect $100m--200m clearly means ORD can retain less than 10% of the project interest.
Some people mentioned BAU MC $56m, this is totally different story, BAU has $50m cash on hand and more than $10m for its plant. No mv for its Bauxite.
8C is already fair enough for ORD imv, if you check the anns 1 year ago, actually nothing new at all.
