We have literally had folks run a thread on a stock ramping like crazy from supposedly multiple people and all along it was just one person. Also we have had people who have used one of their multinics as a sacrificial lamb and been really threatening and nasty and not caring when being banned as they still had their other nics - ie no care factor due to the ability to have multinic (ie no need to protect themselves)
Thats the reason as I recall it
