It's got some reasonable signs about it, but I'll reserve my judgement about whether it is a good buy at these prices. If I miss this one, there will always be another opportunity.

There are a few figures I am waiting to see.

What operating costs are involved? In lue of this, what operating margins will ORD make?

One of the problems in the bauxite/aluminium industry is that there are some big projects out there with sizeable resources but, for one reason or another, the company's involved can't manage to make that good a profit margin on their production.

What people have to realise is that the resource is not the be all and end all. I would rather invest in a company that has only half the resource of another company, if it can make 75% better profit margins compared to the company with the larger resource. Ultimately, it's cashflow that counts. Doesn't matter if you have millions of tonnes of ore in the ground, if the economies of scale aren't in your favour, then it isn't worth investing in the company.
