I agree.....It's in their best interests to get the highest price possible for the bottom line, not to try and squirrel away some extra shares at a discount for personal gain. Not only would it be unethical...It really doesn't make good economic sense.
Other than CR (who won't be participating anyway) the rest of the directors have enough shares already that any personal upside would be negligible as opposed to the greater good of the company.
