the issue for rams is when liquidity and normalcy will return to credit markets. understandably that is when confidence and rationality returns. historically this has coincided with the fed cutting rates (LTCM etc)
imo a rate cut next tuesday is a given now after employment numbers. so it should be interesting to see what effect is has on credit markets
rams with its aaa credit rating will be first cab off the rank
