that's what makes RAMS such a compelling proposition. downside is limited, if the s hit hits the fan, they'll be taken over prob for about 70-80 cents.
and when they complete the refinancing, upside is about 50-100% in the short term, and in the medium to long term RAMS is an excellent growth story deserving of a high multiple.
