As I see it, after the Westpac deal, all that wiill be left is a listed loan book with an unknown cost of funding with perhaps an idea that the cost of funding is going up.
What's the net worth of what's left? Could be zero. Why punters are buying this at all is beyond me. I see absolutely zero upside but huge risk of further downside.
