RHC has been a pretty bad performer over the past year (and probably 2 years) compared to its peers. From poster boy to fish & chip wrapper, RHC is truly on the nose. I'm looking to get in and wonder what the trigger will be for a rerating? Just better value (lower PE)?
In reality, the stock was under pressure from when Ramsay died. (yes, I know, SP kept appreciating after he died, but I think that was just momentum and the playing out of growth Ramsay had put in place anyway). That suggests the management either has no vision or its poorly communicated.
Thoughts??
