As for them flagging a sale of the European assets, they aren't currently in great saleable shape. Besides, it is unlikely that can all be sold in one neat package, which means that RHC might end up with a few sub-scale bits 'n bobs.
Also, RHC will be a vendor not from a position of strength.
For these reasons, the market expectations of any great sale price being achieved have almost certainly been wound back.
