I agree. It a buyers market with limited buyers and a seller who is wanting out. price will be at bottom end or below what hope one would guessing Ramsay Aus operations result were reasonably good and valuation of business and land - hospital values are significantly more than market cap but that could stay for a while as it already been. always hope for a take over but always talk of that also and many seem just make up one is coming and they know what price will be. Wish it true but purchasing on valuation first always wiser I think. Ramsay Already miss the big take over so waiting for another whilst Hope may never actually arrive . under valued but need waiting patiently a while for turn around . Falling interest rates will certainly help as will yesterday privately health fund increased which some should flow through from health funds to hospitals in time.
