My understanding is that it looks worse - Australia and UK segments look ok but the rest are bad. Cashflow is negative, debt is higher and bulk of capex is going into IT systems and such and less into real growth assets.
The EU is now compelled to make big outlays for defence by Trump and they are unlikely to allow private hospitals to impose further on government budgets. Same goes for Australia with the Chinese conducting military naval exercises off the eastern coast along with reduced confidence in the USA probably mean a lift in defence allocation and lower spending on health.
