Goldman Sachs on the Commsec has RHC as a SELL as posted recently, with a fair value at $49.
Well others and including me would disgree with that value. The intrisc value based on Future Cash Flows is more like $53.83, which is slightly below the current closing price at $54.65.
Its annual growth in Earnings is predicted to be 11.6% which is above the Health Care Sector of 10.1%. RHC is able to meet its short term (1 year) commitmments with its holdings of cash and othe rshort term assets. So what is the panic all about? Really about nothing? So what if it failed in the buy bid for the Swedish Hospital Operator, Capio. The bottom line is that RHC is healthy with a reasonable earnings outlook abd it is a established dividend payer with a proven track record.
